SWEDISH NATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR TRAUMA -CT/WBCT-T March 2020
Within a Swedish trauma care improvement project, national guidelines for WBCT-T (Whole Body CT for Trauma), are developed and presented in March 2020. The authors, coming from different disciplines, have developed guidelines that are as evidence-based as possible, but also, based on experience and best practice. The document states today´s best practice for a Swedish setting but has no legal status.
INJURY GRADING SCALES - update March 2020
Swedish WBCT-T guidelines recommends injury grading for spleen, liver, kidneys and carotid/vertebral arteries. Here is an updated version including new radiological scaling.

We invited international and Nordic multidisciplinary expertise for guidance through the evidence in the literature, and summoned Nordic representatives for surgery, vascular surgery and trauma & interventional radiology. We scrutinized surgical and radiological routines and now present these evidence-based recommendations for the Nordic trauma scene.
